Trial orders are welcome. We would rather prove ourselves on 200 pieces than ask you to gamble on a full container.

Questions buyers ask us first
Do you own a factory?
No — we are a trading company, and that is deliberate. We are not tied to one factory’s capacity or product range, so we can pick the supplier that genuinely fits your order, and walk away from one that does not.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the supplier, so we won’t quote you a fake number. We regularly arrange small trial orders, and we will tell you honestly what is workable before you commit.
How long does an order take?
Typically 15–30 days for production after sample approval, depending on complexity and quantity. Sea freight adds 20–40 days; air freight is 3–7 days. We give you a firm date in the quotation, not a range we hope to hit.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit with the order, 70% against the pre-shipment inspection report. We accept T/T and can discuss L/C or escrow for larger orders.
What if the goods don’t match the sample?
That’s what the pre-shipment report is for. If production doesn’t match the approved sample, it is reworked or remade before shipping — you don’t pay the balance until it matches.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
Yes. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP. On DDP we handle freight, duties and door delivery, so your goods simply arrive.
Can you supply material and inspection documents?
Yes. Mill certificates for the material, dimensional reports and salt-spray results come with the shipment, and we can arrange third-party inspection. For automotive parts we supply PPAP documentation where the supplier supports it.
